It would have been horrible knowing someone had been going through your parents' stuff. Hope they get who did it.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

I also froze my butt off at IKON Park and agree with Remi's thoughts.

I almost left at 3/4 time however stayed to watch a stirring come back and almost win. Considering Hamling and Cordy did not play, and there was no monster FF I thought the 'Scray did well. I do however think good disposal skills is an issue in both senior and VFL sides, as is our contested marking ability. We make up for that a lot with endeavour however I think it is a real problem.

I thought Will tried his guts out. If only he could mark better around the ground, as he is pretty good low down for a big lad. I'd love to see him have another go at senior level, however can understand MC reluctance (I'm just a hopeless footy romantic). He is such a great leader for the VFL side, I wonder if we are tempted to offer him a 1 year deal and whether he'd be prepared to stay on.

Also thought Honeychurch was perhaps rested a bit more through the match. Might have missed seeing him though, although when he was in midfield he was pretty obvious as he attacks footy hard. Again though, his kicks are not top notch. Though Hrovat and Lynch's kicking was notably above the other players, even though they had the odd howler too.

Also gotta mention Jordan Russell. He is an absolute stalwart and so reliable with great leadership and a great disposal by hand and foot. Seems to know where to move to i.e. footy smarts. Since I've been watching the VFL it has amazed me he never got another go at AFL level.

Interesting watching our ex's in Jones and Tutt. Jones kicked a few and looked OK whislt Tutt did very little however possibly had low game time. I think we made right decision letting them go, and think Hamling is as good an option for a CHF position.
      Josie :)

      Our day will come
      And we'll have everything.
      We'll share the joy
      Just like '54 again.
