That's a really, really tall draft.

I wonder if we go all out and grab a KPD in the rookie draft to go all in.

An interesting bunch of selections. I'm really looking forward to hearing the club's thought processes this year.
We've definitely taken a riskier, sort of swing for the fences approach. If half of these picks come off, its going to be a significant time before we get a return on the investment.
If it does com eoff though, it absolutely certifies Dal's credentials as a rolled gold recruiting genius.

And if ever there was a time to let your just take a risk, for the potential betterment of the long term list, it's right now; after achieving the ultimate success.

It dies feel almost as if Dal and the team have been given even more license to back their judgment than in recent years, with the obvious focus being on addressing our key position stocks.
Maybe our approach was also influenced by this supposedly being a fairly deep draft, with very even talent spread along way down?

I'm still grieving that those 2 are no longer Dogs. On the plus side, getting 2 bolters drafted will have talented kids lining up to play in our development system.

Yep, Bevo & Dal are clearly working to a plan for the now, and the later. I wonder what Bevo has in store for the gameplan now and later.

This year's draft is stacked with midfielders whilst next year's is meant to be strong for KPP's. Makes our strategy even more surprising.
