Yeah he can’t get near it, feel a bit bad for him though he really isn’t a number 1 forward, looks more like a support 2nd or 3rd tall that needs to get up the field, he’s so athletic he needs space to work in but You just don’t get that luxury at VFL level though, its such a scrap the entries are so poor there’s never any space and he’s basically our only tall constantly up against a few deep.

Just let him grow into his body for a few years and I think he’ll show more at AFL level alongside Darcy & Naughty then he ever will at VFL level IMO, shows signs but just can’t really impact

Us, chip, chip ,chip, over possess, turnover.
      Them, low possession, direct footy.
Some of senior players nowhere near it, Croft, Scott, Jones. Baker at least tries to gain meterage whenever he gets it. Jacques looks a good decision maker, Buss has had plenty but as a defender would like to see more actual defending of the Sandy big boys, Heath having a field day.

Travaglia is far to good for this level. His going to be a star. Should never play vfl level again.

Who Is playing on Heath? Is Oskar Baker spending time on their second ruck lol?

Jaques looks good. He will definitely play seniors within the month. I wouldn’t be suprised if he got selected next week. Especially if we drop one of Hynes or Dolan. MC probably wouldn’t want too many kids playing.

Buss getting a lot of the ball and has looked okay aerially. I still worry about him getting exposed at senior level when the ball moves quicker.

Crofts positioning doesn’t feel right. His gonna be good but must find ways to consistently impact the game. I wonder if he’d be better at afl level where the ball movement is better and there is more structure.

Artie Jones looks good when he gets the ball, but he just has to find more of it.

Getting killed in the centre. Don’t really have any afl listed midfielders to knock for that. I’ll refrain from critiquing the vfl guys.

I wonder if the bye's are upsetting the rhythm.

Umpiring at this level is just pathetic, you can’t just run through someone’s legs in the air like that it’s clear tunnelling and dangerous

Croft already looking a million times better with some space to work with, I don’t think he has the skills to be a winger at the next level but he’s definitely more of a high half forward type than a deep option, especially at this stage of his career.

Busslingers best game for the club by a mile, been a wall, hasn’t been beaten outside maybe 1 or 2 in the first half where he was out of position after poor turnovers out of the backhalf but can’t really put that on him.

                      been seriously impressive

Buss has been good but should put it in hole for Jones

Much better qtr by Dogs. Sandy still lead 10.9 to Dogs 8.7

Seems they get all the free kicks at the right times , like Everytime we go forward and the umps are looking for any excuse to ping Smith in the ruck.

Jacques looks above everyone else and Busslinger doing everything to debut.
