Should be a good game 3rd against 5th , only one game separates the two sides , so should be a tight game .
Our percentage is far superior almost 18% ahead , but interestingly they have kicked 147 more points then us (1298 / 1151 ) , but have conceded a whopping 269 points more then us ( 1160 / 891 ).
Obviously their attack is better then ours and our defence is better then theirs .
Hopefully our backline can keep their forward line under control .

The Footscray Bulldogs have made six changes ahead of tomorrow afternoon's clash with the Brisbane Lions at Brighton Homes Arena.

AFL-listed quartet Nick Coffield, Taylor Duryea, Cooper Hynes and Luke Kennedy have been added to the side, along with Footscray's vice-captain Cooper Craig-Peters and VFL debutant Laird Ramshaw.

Used to drive a Laird Ramshaw, solid vehicle.

            No Gardner or Dolan?

What’s wrong with Gardner? His been a colossus this year at vfl level.

Gardner has been fantastic at VFL level the problem is he can't replicate it when he gets his chance at AFL level, and we haven't got ourselves in a ladder position where you could leave him in to see if he would adjust to the level.

                He's named as the ruck.

Nice conditions indeed, lovely ground for VFL.

Off to a good start, Edge would be happy with the defensive work out of the back line.
Khamis is a good kick for goal

It's a blitzkrieg start for the Doggies. 7 goals to 1 start with a few minutes to go.

Awesome start I might still have my negative hat on with our defence but Coffield continues to turn it over by foot, Duryea keeps slipping over and while Gardy shows the endeavour required he just doesn't have an AFL leg. We need a total rebuild of defensive stocks big and small. Lets see what Selwood can do.

Great to see CCP back btw he is a gun at this level.

QT - Dogs 8.2 to Lions 2.0 Hynes and Scott with 8 possessions apiece, Selwood with 7. Really cohesive style of play that qtr.
There is no sadder sight than a young pessimist.

Brilliant first quarter. Incredible ease in moving the ball the length of the ground. Backline strong.
Lions coach Ben Hudson will be tearing his hair out.
