Planning on going early on Saturday to catch the VFL as well. I believe we just get in normally with our 2018 WB AFL memberships.

Like it was in the old days I believe with the reserves and main game all at the one ground.

A challenge each week for the VFL side is playing on open suburban grounds (and you can include WO here), where the weather can really impact on the quality of the game and I suspect individual's performances.

It will be great to watch the VFL team play under the Etihad roof - I think someone like Greene will really appreciate the wide open spaces of that ground and a good performance could propel him into the AFL team sooner rather than later (fingers crossed).

I wonder if they had to head down to a local oval to round up a few players to make up the numbers? If you get there early enough tomorrow you might just get a game.
