No doubt as per back in the day
We’ll have more fans at Arden st than Norf
We only beat them once from 1972 to 97 at the whitten oval .

Our years in the late 70s early 80s from what I’ve heard were tough years for our club. Certainly changed now as we are financially secure.

I like the double headers that lead into the main AFL match either both at Docklands or Whitten Oval to Docklands particularly on the Saturday afternoon leading into the AFL game on Saturday night.

Just checked VFL site and they have info I need. Seems no practice match this week, but games against Werribee on 23/3 and Williamstown on 30/3 - both at WO and starting at 1pm.

Another goal to a Dogs VFL player 2.3 to Werribee 1.2. Dogs have a 5 goal wind but the Tigers playing more cohesive footy so far. As Greene is not on ground, must be emergency tonight.

Qt Dogs 2.4 Werribee 1.2. Trengove started in ruck with sweet fwd, who took the ruck mantle halfway thru qtr. Smith playing on wing and Porter playing as a small fwd. Lipper and Hayes got a bit of it that qtr, but really scrappy game. Wind doesn’t help

Good goal to Trengove opens the second Qtr but they add a quick goal in reply 3.4 to 2.2

It surprises me we don’t play our home ground well when it’s windy. Werribee kicking away now with wind. Dogs 3.4 Tigers 5.2
