BT, Would Lachlan Young and Sweet need to be promoted from the rookie list?

They will be third year rookies next year. So can retain them there, with Buku. Roarke needs to be elevated, delisted or get some new kind of CV19 year extension. As per above, I'd cut Gardner with Le Young, Trengove and Raak with Cordy & Keath.
