Marra's direct opponent has had 9 marks.
Our 1954 premiership players are our heroes, and it has to be said that Charlie was their hero.

We were 0-26 but have brought it back to 18-27 at half time. we were much improved that in the 2nd 1/4.

Schache, West & Garcia among our best. Lipinski doing well but still does things that make me throw my socks at the TV.

Jamarra, Richards & Khamis completely out of touch. Our VFL players have been disappointing.

Hayes does some really good things then inexplicably stuffs up.

Wood & Young held firm in the back half that 1/4. Our forwards need to lift.

More like we are not hitting targets inside 50 and he is picking them off

Geez a slow rusty start sounds exactly the sort of thing we’d do in the seniors. Hopefully this is a wake up call.

The entire AFL coaching staff were sitting with Ameet in the stands looking on in earnest so I'm sure it's front of mind.
Whether that means anything is to be seen!

I'm not sure if that is entirely correct. I think Black has been on Marra & Krueger on Schache. What I've seen happening is when Schache goes upfield Krueger stays back & helps double teams Jamarra with Black. Hard to tell on TV coverage but that's what it looks like to me.

I'm not making excuses for Jamarra as he looks completely out of touch, but they have a game plan of Keeping tall defenders blocking space in D50 & using them to not only intercept but also be an outlet out of defence. They have been chipping 15-20 metre passes from deep in defence all game.

Speaking of out of touch, that dropped mark was a stinker.

Jamarra my dead nan could take such a piss easy mark.

Feels like Richards is working his way into it. Looked off the pace early (understandably) but has done a few good things.

7 goals in the game across both teams.

Schache has 2 of the 7. Keep up the effort Josh.
