Sanders 38 possessions, that’s what I like to see , he is better off in the VFL doing that than 8 possessions in the AFL.
He has had a sniff of AFL now he knows what’s required and doing it.
A good win as we started slow.

Lobb had a better second half after I gave him a spray.

I liked his game but his handball to kick ratio needs some work. Great win, impressive.

The work rate in the last quarter was exceptional I thought, we basically locked the ball inside our half for 15 minutes. Really enjoying watching the VFL year, Clarke?s response was exactly what you want to see. I also reckon we saw Caleb lift his effort significantly this week, pretty much played mid from what I saw.

Sorry my app was slow to load, Sanders actually had 42 possessions and a goal ,12 kicks , 30 handballs so it tells me he played as an inside mid.

Khamis 4 goals. Did he play forward for the entire game?

Started in defense moved in the 2nd I think.

Moves there in the second qtr.
4 goals is a waste really. Should never get an afl game as a forward especially at our club. Would rather have lost this vfl game if it meant developing his defensive craft.
I also thought we trying to develop Croft as a backman??? I understand this one a bit more as he is miles away from afl football ATM, just needs to get a touch.

Of what I saw Smith looks a good prospect. Sanders should play afl next week. Daniel and Lobb did enough too but I doubt they will change anything there. Busslinger was alright not losing anything in a swap with O’Donnell. Clarke should be tried again in the future. Maybe a jones plays?

Thought it was a pretty even contribution from the afl boys.

I?d like Bendendo to play an extended run behind the ball and see what his got.

Khamis forward was interesting. At afl level I think forward is his best chance to really make it. He reminds me of jack gunston. I actually think you could fit him in with the other guys as he can play smaller. His forward pressure also improved significantly last year. I just wish he could get ultra fit. Fitness will be the only thing that hold him back from being a solid afl player.

Credit to Clarke aswell. A lot of guys would drop their head after only playing one game at afl level. He played really well. It?s probably the best game I?ve seen from him. Did some really clever things.
One thing I?ve noticed on Clarke it appears his very one sided. If he plays much footy at afl level, teams will go to town on this. His tricks may be curtailed.

I mean, can we ignore 42 disposals?

The VFL team playing like this and sitting top has gotta be good for morale.

The AFL listed players all seemed to be genuinely enjoying it- which you can't always say and likely wouldn't if the team was getting smacked each week.
