It's a wide list of player positions they fulfill, seems likely we are going for best available.
If Emmett fell to our 2nd I'd be keen.

I just found some clips, He looks a smart small forward but he's not a goal kicker
    Looks a bit like Dolan

For what it's worth, I'd be confident that Oskar Taylor has met with the club.

I wouldn’t be concerned. The journos were just reporting what they have heard. We would have spoken to a lot more players than that.

    This from EPSN

    16. Western Bulldogs - Josh Lindsay
    Geelong Falcons/Vic Country
    DEF/MID, 183cm

It's clear to see the upside of Lindsay. His ceiling is the best distributor in the competition, blessed with a laser left foot that can pick out targets with speed and accuracy. The rest of his game is a bit of a mystery. Little faith in his maturation into a midfielder means Lindsay is a candidate to slide a touch on draft night, with concerns over his physicality, contested work and defensive application.

In the mix: Lindsay is best available in this phantom but rivals have linked the Dogs to Lachy Dovaston. Another option is Harley Barker, whose size, speed and ball use off a wing pushed him into this range before an ACL rupture cruelled his season. While most clubs suggest Lindsay will be taken ahead of fellow halfback Oskar Taylor, the Ranges defender is another option here with added defensive nous. Josh Lindsay was best on ground for the AFL Academy against Coburg VFL in April.

I'll give it some thought if I can share his name.

Hey Good Doctor, I can't find this on Code Sports. Would you happen to have a link?

First footage I’ve seen of Will Darcy and it’s obviously a very very small snippet

But few things that stood out - the one grab marking at the highest point, then swing onto the left peg into the corridor. The follow up at ground level after a contest. The arrogant point in the face of the defender he marked over.

Yep he’s a Darcy alright! He’s so so so raw even compared to where Sam was but pretty exciting to think we have another kid with those exact same traits coming through, he only has to get to half of Sam’s current ability to be a weapon for us behind the ball, and I suspect considering Sam’s trajectory and Wills complete inexposure to a high level of football he may just get there.

absolutely laughing if he does and we get another one to stick at the other end of the ground

I just don't see the logic.
It's a good point you raise.
There is also some speculation Croft will be given a run as a defender over the pre-season.

For what it's worth, Walker now looks like more of a forward for next season
