AFL Victoria have just advised the venue for this Saturday’s 11th September games:

Reserves Grand Final vs Box Hill at Box Hill City Oval, corner Middlesborough and Whitehorse Roads, Box Hill - 11am starting time.

Seniors Preliminary Final v Northern Bullants at Box Hill City Oval, corner Middlesborough and Whitehorse Roads, Box Hill - 2.10pm starting time.

As a result of heavy rains last week the usual venue for VFL Finals (TEAC Oval, Port Melbourne) has been deemed unfit to host games this weekend and as a result Williamstown’s Reserves Grand Final and Seniors Preliminary Final will now be played at Box Hill City Oval.

It would be great to see as many Western Bulldogs Members and supporters at Box Hill to cheer on your affiliated VFL side.

A good chance for a few guys who should be close to senior selection to have a good game and to force there way into our team for a PF (presuming we win).

I would be looking for Hill, Jones, Everitt & Moles to come out 'swinging' and prove to the MC that they are deserving of a place in the senior team.

The Bullants have a tough team aswell, stacked with Carlton players.
They have Jacobs, Warnock, McLean, Thornton, Hadley and Ellard

Roughy is in for a big day against two quality AFL standard ruckmen
