T Hill maybe a little unlucky not to get a call up.

Minson and Hudson in the seniors make it that little bit harder for him because they will need to rest up forward.

Hudson will ruck 60-70% and rest on the bench, Minson would ruck 30% and play 50% up forward wouldn't they?

I thought with the no sub situation there might be an opportunity for him. I guess from Willi's point of view it's a pretty big game and there's a fair bit of change already.

Yes, I'll be very annoyed if they cut into a repeat of a travel show about the former Austro-Hungarian empire.

Hey I enjoyed the travel show..

.. more than I would have watching another of my teams stuff up a last minute shot to win the game.

ps. Looks like Willy is our best chance of premiership glory for the next few years huh. From that perspective I'm glad the Dogs kept on some warhorses that are no longer good enough for the AFL but way too bloody good for the VFL, and keep trading in these super-skilled guns that are considered to have tanks too small for AFL.

Does anyone know much about Rampe, seems a likely type.

GVG was pushing him up last year when he was only a borderline senior player. If I remember correctly he thought he wasn't exotic enough for our recruiting team. He did a good defensive job on the inform Rose last week, and he does have the ability to rebound as well. I'm not sure if he has the class to be an AFL player myself.

GVG was actually pumping him up the year before when he was still playing reserves.

Rampe's kicking is miles away from AFL standard

and due to us constantly changing our team, there should be plenty of senior Dogs available for Willy during the finals. Is 5 VFL games still the minimum for finals if you have played AFL? (if not, was it ever?!).

I think 14 of our squad of 25 for the Port game will be eligible for Willy's during the finals. Add that to Gilbee, Addison, Hudson, Minson, Hill, Grant, Wallis and Hahn, Willy certainly have a lot of Dogs players available for selection. I wonder how many the club will make available.

Yep, it was the year before that I thought he showed a fair bit. His kicking is a bit flukey but as you say it isn't of an AFL standard but I don't think its a mile off.

Few late changes to the senior side. Wallis, Mulligan and Stack out.

I know Stack is emg for WB team, maybe he flew as 22nd man. Unsure if Wallis and Mulligan are injured or if they're also going to Adelaide.
