Will be interested in your thoughts on Prudden.

He appears to have a really good attitude and he will fill out to a nice size in a few years time.

He was excellent. I'll try to write up a report later tonight.

Pleasing to see Fletcher Roberts in the best.
We sadly lack a key forward and backman. You would be tempted to play Roberts against North Melbourne with an eye to the future.
Could be good to also elevate Prudden. We have nothing to lose.

Yeah I'd be happy with getting big fletch in and up forward. He looks a smart player and good reader of the play, would be a handy offsider for Jones who is in the form of his life at present.

Does anyone know if prudden is a good kick? By all reports he's a solid inside mid but gee it would be nice to get a guy in who can kick a footy. As good as Boyd and cross are, their kicking is still very average... Need young blood who can use it.

Would rather give a game to a kid like Prudden or Pearce than play Vez or Howard who we know won't make it.

Do we have room in the midfield for him?

If Prudden is good enough I am sure you could find a spot for him.

Prudden- Was excellent, found a lot of the ball and used it effectively. Seems to have time even in traffic, and won plenty of contests. Got better as the game got tougher.

Roberts- Played in defence most of the day and won most of the one on one contests and was a strong presence. Moved forward in the last quarter and played a hand in a couple of late goals.

Hunter- Quiet early but got more involved as the game wore on. Kicked 2 goals and set up another late. He's a smart user of the ball, not in the best players but a solid outing from him.

Campbell- Played forward and took a some good grabs but failed to convert in front of goal. Spent some time in the ruck late and was good. He will benefit massively when we have our own team and he can spend more time rucking.

Hrovat- was a classy player all day, just knows how to find the ball. Looks a composed and mature player. Should see him in the seniors in the next couple of weeks.

Markovic- Competed hard, got done for pace a couple of times, but was solid enough.

Pearce, Grant, and Cordy all late withdrawals, and Vez was in Perth add an emergency.

Just as a side note, gee Collingwood had some *!*!*!*!wits in their club. The ego and attitude from players playing VFL footy and losing is remarkable. Fasolo, Didak, Marley Williams, Paine etc, they get around like rock stars despite struggling to get a kick.

Cheers Grey, just on Prudden, is there a guy in the AFL you'd compare his game style to?
