Heard a rumour today that Andy Collins has quit West Adelaide and will coach a new
vfl team next year. Just a rumour! But would be a good get IMHO.

Will an iPod and headphones be a good look in the VFL?

Richmond I believe will have a stand alone VFL team which will end their link to the Coburg Tigers.

Gary Ayres or Peter German would be nice .
Those coaches fall under the McCartney mantra.

Gary Ayres won't want to coach a side that has a development focus. He's on a pretty good wicket chasing flags at a strong club like Port Melbourne.

I would like to see someone new in the role. I would be happy if it was Gia, or even an ex-player from another club. I wouldn't be unhappy if it was Scott West.

German I would agree with, Ayres seems quite arrogant and I don't think he would accept BMac making suggestions.
IMO Ayres attitude is why he is no longer being considered for AFL senior position's.
Would love it to be West or Gia but can accept that possibly a coach from another club will bring in new idea's.

                      Coach - Scott West
                      Assistant - Gia

                        This.

Winning games should come after developing players at our VFL side.

Can't we do both? Geelong certainly is 3 games clear on top and Collingwood is 6th.

                            You sure can.
But I'd go as far to say that if you aren't winning games then you aren't developing players the right way.

We certainly can, but developing players for the first team should come first IMO.
