Pretty strong squad. Still a tad surprised Talia didn't make the trip west.

      Does anyone have scores please?
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

We were winning at half time 40 to 28 or something close to it. Smith was good, Bomtempelli smooth, Darley decent and I also liked Jong and Greenwood. I left at halftime to go to dinner but I might type up more tomorrow.
I should leave it alone but you're not right

Liam Jones work rate outstanding for @Footscray_VFL. Hopefully stung by R1 omission. Clay Smith back to his best after knee reco.

It's the dogs you should starve for the red, white and blue.

A few encouraging tweets I found.

                      Ben Higgins @ben_higgins84
Based on first half of @Footscray_VFL prac match expect Marcus Bontempelli to make AFL debut early. Wins hard ball and can deliver outside.

                          Nice.

It's a bit gusty here tonight, so at he ground it's probably blowing a gale down one end.
