For those wondering the three quarter time score is:
    Dogs 11 11 77
    Willi. 8 7 55

We only clicked into gear in the latter part of the quarter.
Hopefully our lead and legs will be enough to hold Willi. off who will come home with the breeze.

                Woo.

Great stuff. 2 from 2 so far for me today, 1 more to go for the hat trick.

Got that was tribal. Bloody tribal, bloody awesome, like old days. That's as awesome as I can remember at the footy. The noise, sounds, colour, passion at home. Just old fashioned tribalism.

Jones took over in the last with half a dozen huge marks. Honeychurch was great all day but was particularly influential in the last.

We didn't play at our best but we were good enough when it counted.

Now to say goodbye to Gia.

Jones was enormous in that last quarter.

Honeychurch great all day despite having a hard tag.

Jong banged and crashed all day.

Talia was very good I thought. Liked his game.

Hunter was quiet. Actually didn't see him much in the second half? Was he injured?
                      Amazing atmosphere today!

Jones the difference. Turned around a dirty 3 quarters with the best last quarter you'd ever see.

Liam jones was amazing in the last quarter. Made the trip to the game worth it. That mark he took on the point of the centre square on the members side. He had no right to get to that contest but he did.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

Hunter was hobbling and getting work on his thigh in the second quarter, maybe a corky.

Jongy was impressive. His intensity and second and third efforts were very good.

jones came alive in the last quarter but guys of his and Grant's calibre should be much more influential at this level.

My son and i enjoyed the Footscray chant. Now to rest the vocal chords for when we play Port/Sandy in 2 weeks.
