Good get. I'll be interested to hear of his progress, being the captain of SA U/18's but not drafted
If you kicked five goals and Tom Boyd kicked five goals, Tom Boyd kicked more goals than you.

Glenelg have sacked Nick Stevensas coach after he was found guilty of assaulting his partner. Replaced by Matthew Lokan.

Very against type of a football club to actually care about issues pertaining to domestic violence.

That's some poor first round draft pics right there. Both drafted for their kicking skills, one was an average kick and the other a terrible kick.

I've seen Howie play in the trials for Glenelg the last few weeks, he's been a gun and his cannon kick has returned. He's a terrific guy and very popular amongst his team mates. Maybe just the extra speed and body in the Afl , and living in Melbourne, was just above what he was capable of.

I thought McMahon could kick the ball well, he was just inconsistent with it - enjoyed quite a lot of the football he played for us in the Eade era.
Have you heard Butters wants to come to the Dogs?

Maybe it was the macca game plan Etc that stopped his development .. Would have been interesting to see how he might have gone under Beveridge with a more attacking approach and freedom to do the instinct stuff

McMahon was a good kick but his decision making let him and his kicking skills down.

He was a terrible kick at VFL level too. Maybe similar to Fuller the slightly higher standard of VFL was too much for him.
