I'm not much of a drinker. I don't like to pollute my body.

      Will do.

Have you tried it on a soda stream?

I'm a gin man as well - we even got married at a gin distillery in Richmond earlier this year (Brogan's Way). It was amazing how many people said "I don't usually drink gin, but this is alright" and I think so much of it comes down to good tonic!

We tend to go for Capi over Fever tree, but have also tried Strangelove (too expensive for regular use but it is nice) and the syrups with soda are nice too. I'd like to get more inventive with my garnishes as well.

I've also developed an appreciation for chilled gin over ice - 5 years ago I wouldn't have contemplated it, but with the right gin/botanicals it can be lovely.

I used to love a beer but have been gluten free for a while now - O'Brien (Golden Ale and XPA) and Twobays are both good options if you're coeliac.

            Gin for me too.

            Negroni cocktail of choice.

Tend to stay local with the purchases - Giniversity range is amazing (the barrel aged is my fave) and the Diablo stuff from the Swan Valley also amazing.
What should I tell her? She's going to ask.

                All of the beers.

                All of them.

Lots of times… all of them.

                A few faves:
                - Green Beacon Wayfarer
                - Black Hops GOAT
                - Kaiju Krush
                - Deeds Juice Train
                - Dainton Jungle Juice

And sooooo many more. Not sure I mentioned. All of them.

I am for single malt whisky and I give a big plug to my home town.

Hellyers Road Whisky from Burnie. It is available a Dan Murphy but they only seem to carry the bottom of the range.

They have just released a couple of new ones with a select casks version that incorporates Port Cask French Oak with Triple Distilled American Oak Bourbon.

They have an excellent range with a 15 year slighted peated amongst my favourites. I buy direct from the distillery.

I’d historically be characterised as an IPA beer sorta guy with forays into G&T and red wine, but am currently am more of a 0% beer guy. See above quote for explanation.
