Re: Western Bulldogs supporters in your area
Every now and then as I'm driving out of work there is a white nissan navara parked on the side of the road in notting hill with a massive bulldogs sticker on the back tailgate with the new doggies logo.
Need to find this guy or girl and ask them where I can get one too!!!!!!!!

I saw a guy walking down Collins street today, he was wearing a red jacket with a white t-shirt and blue jeans. Now he may not have actually been a Bulldogs supporter but I looked at him and thought, wearing those colours, Eastie would want to know about this.Western Bulldogs: We exist to win premiershipsComment

Re: Western Bulldogs supporters in your area
So I am sitting in Ballarat rd this afternoon waiting to turn right into Gordon st when a car goes past me with personalised number plates saying "EASTY" so I looked up hoping to see the great man but a woman was driving the car!
S'up Easty dude? Are you a woman, bro? They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.Comment

Was unloading a 48' container today and the driver saw me with my doggies beanie on and said to me "What happened to the dogs on sat?"
First thought was here is a smart ass 'aints supporter ready to give me crap about it.
So I said "Why? Are you an 'aints supporter are you CHAMP!?"
"SHIT NO" came the reply.
"I'm a doggies man to!"
Talked about us for about 10 minutes.Comment

Re: Western Bulldogs supporters in your area
Met a Bulldog supporter at Crusoe Reservoir near my house in Kangaroo Flat a couple of months back. He was 86, going to do a bit of fishing. Could've passed for early 70's - full of spirit and energy. He lived in Melon St Braybrook and I lived in Beachley Street close by. As I always do when I meet an old-timer from the Western Suburbs (by that I mean someone who was there in the 50's or 60's) I asked him: "Did you ever hear the rumour about Prince Phillip ... " And then he finished the question for me. "Yeah, that he fathered a child to the daughter of the licencee of the Derrimut Hotel when he stayed there during the war." And that's not the first time someone's finished the question for me. Wonder if it's true? I guess we'll never know. He wasn't married to Liz then, just a young naval officer on leave.http://journals.worldnomads.com/merantau

Makes me happy that I always see Doggies fans on the way in to the games on the Belgrave line. Sometimes they chat with me about the DogsCertainly have seen a rise in supporters around lately than before.
