Wasn't he John Belushis cocaine buddy? And was there the night he died of an overdose ... I always wonder did drugs cause the depression or does depression cause the drug taking ?
Personally I always thought he was super ADHD .. I found his interviews better than his movies , a very clever and deep thinking man, but there was always something I found strange about him.
I was shocked and its sad, he was definitely different.

Just to show there was nothing he couldn't do, one of my kids' favourite Sesame Street clips:

Very very sad news and a shock I when first heard about it. A great actor and comedian his going to be missed. Mrs Doubtfire is a favourite. Condolences to his family and friends.

Very sad to hear about the death of Robin Williams. He was a brilliant actor who will be sorely missed. Depression is a such a terrible terrible illness.
