I have to say everytime I see that ad for Get Smart DVDs I want to buy it.

We are bombarded with some many crap US cop show that are repeated often too. Why don't they repeat the classics more often?
Get Smart, Bugs Bunny, Paul Hogan, etc.

Extremely anti-American with regards to TV. Never seen an episode of Cheers or Sienfeld. Only seen Simpsons when the kids watch it.

Love stuff from the UK. Am addicted to Shameless, Life on Mars, The Bill, Eastenders, The Office, This Life, Birds of a Feather, Gimme Gimme, 2 Pints of Lager & a Packet of Crisps, The Young Ones etc...

Am a huge fan of British drama, especially things like North Square (best written drama I have ever watched), The Lakes, The Sculptress.

I have seen every episode of The Bill since 1991. Either on TV or on video afterwards I havent missed one since then. The DVDS are being released bit by bit so I decided to throw away all the old VHSs I had of the show.


I filled seven of those red, white and blue bags to take to the tip. Had to put the back seats down in the back of the V6 for the trip there.


Anyone else addicted to a particular show?

I gave up on the Bill when Sally Johnson left.

Must say I really loved it when it had Polly Page, Dave Quinnan, Mike Jarvis, Steve Loxton, Bob Cryer, Andrew Munroe etc...

Yeah I like all the Brit shows The Office was a great series. I remember my gram always watched Coronation Street.

The characters are a hoot... Ari comes out with some pure filth & Johnny Drama is a piece of work.

Took me a bit to fall for Skins but I dont mind it now. Love The Mighty Boosh. You should check out a show called The IT Gang-the guy from The Boosh plays the boss in the first season but throws himself out of a window during a suprise audit in the second series.
