They spent about 5 minutes analysing how & why he dropped the catch and spoke about poor footwork etc. How much more did you want them to belt Haddin around for?

So, does Neville bat at 6 and Marsh at 7? Long tail.

I actually would go that way but I think they will be conservative and have the keeper at 7. Either way, I don't think it's that long a tai. Nevill averaged 76 at Shield level last year. Mitch Marsh averages 37 at test level. Either way I think Mitch Marsh is a both a better bat and bowler than Watson.

Starc's injury and the retirement of Harris does mean we lose depth in our tail though.

          Starc's fit to play.

Awesome news re Starc. Weather report from London this morning is grey and breezy. Rain possible late in the day or evening. I'm heading off around 9am London time to aim to be at Lords just after 10am. Looking forward to a great day's cricket.

Dave Warner has played an extremely dumb shot to throw his wicket away.

So disappointing for him to grind out a start and then in misplaced bravado throw the bat on 38.
                  TF is this?.........Obviously you're not a golfer.

My god that was dumb. DUMB...

I'm sick of stupidity with this team. There's aggression and then there's trying to hit every ball for 6 off a bloke just starting...

It wasn't like he hadnt already punished Ali either, he had 10 from the over. Makes absolutely no sense, Adam Gilchrist wouldn't have played it like that so the 'natural game' line is nonsense
