 Re: Epl 2015/16.

If Tottenham win the EPL it'll be almost as remarkable an achievement as if Leicester do it. Although higher profile than Leicester, their spend is way lower than the giants. They haven't won the league since 1961 and have only won twice in their history.

If either Leicester or Spurs win it'll be the first time in over 20 years the title falls to any club outside of MU, MC, Chelsea or Arsenal.Comment

 Re: Epl 2015/16.

At the start of the year a Spurs win would have been a massive story but with Leicester's season playing out as it has, it almost seems like a mild anti-climax. Either would be a great result, although for Arsenal fans losing their best chance at a title in 6 or 7 years to Spurs would be a level of psychic anguish difficult to recover from.If Tottenham win the EPL it'll be almost as remarkable an achievement as if Leicester do it. Meh! I'm getting *!*!*!*!ing sick of losing the *!*!*!*!ing things to *!*!*!*!ing anybody. If we don't win I hope we finish out of the European qualifying spots, its time for shock treatment because finishing fourth is not a successful season. At the start of the year a Spurs win would have been a massive story but with Leicester's season playing out as it has, it almost seems like a mild anti-climax. Chef is right, Wenger has to go because he has become part of the problem. They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.Comment

As long as he turns a profit he'll still be in the job. Must be a hard team to support, all the money in the world and a manager who doesnt have any ambitionMeh! Re: Epl 2015/16.

Arsenal haven't got the bottle to win the league.
The team in the late 90's and the one a decade ago had some tough types, but the last decade they've had to many nice types .
I haven't watched the game, but kudos to van Gaal for playing Rashford .Comment

 Re: Epl 2015/16.

It's getting infuriating. I've gone past hard and past frustrated. Buying pretty players in order to fill the stadium and winning enough games to finish fourth year after year.

If I wasn't a supporter I'd be fascinated in the mindset of a fan base that would condone this happening to their club. How a complete lack of ambition for success and an acceptance of mediocrity pervaded us.

Now merely fronting up to Europe every year is what we exist for. We're never going to win the bloody thing so who cares? The EPL is just a means to qualifying for the ECL.They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.Comment

So bloody disappointing. Ian Wright sums it up well:It's getting infuriating. I've gone past hard and past frustrated. Buying pretty players in order to fill the stadium and winning enough games to finish fourth year after year.

story continues hereArsenal's defeat at Manchester United was especially disappointing because it showed they do not have the mental strength to deal with being where they are at in the title race.Gunners fans know they have a fantastic opportunity to win the Premier League this season, but the team does not seem to understand the enormity of their situation, and what it requires.
There are still 11 games to go but, as things stand, I do not watch them and see a team that has what it takes to win the title.
I don't know who is going to win it out of Leicester and Tottenham, but I do believe it is between those two now.FFC: Established 1883

 Re: Epl 2015/16.

Still plenty of time left in the season, but it does appear Arsenal simply aren't cut out to win it. I've said as much the last two years running even when they were on their good runs. They do it every year. It's baffling how Wenger keeps his job.

Either Leicester or Spurs winning it would be great for the league. Not sure who I'd put my money on just yet. You're almost waiting for one to slip up but they haven't. Hard to call, but my gut says Leicester will trip up soon.W00F!Comment
