      Comfortable for United at Shrewsbury ( used to play at Gay meadow ) bit surprised they didn't come at United either .
      Couple of the kids looked impressive, not enough movement off the ball still .

            Has anyone ever won three FA cups in a row?
            They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

                I googled it and Blackburn rovers won three times in a row in the 1880s. The article I read said that the official rules of the FA cup says that if a team did win it three times in a row the trophy gets retired.

                        Portsmouth had it for a few years I believe due to it being cancelled during the war.

                          From reading this;

                          As was the norm until 1882, the winning team did not receive the trophy at the stadium on the day of the match, but later in the year at their annual dinner.[14] Under the original rules of the competition, if a team won the Cup three times in succession, it would be retired and become their "absolute property".[15] Wanderers secretary C. W. Alcock, however, returned the Cup to The Football Association on the condition that the rule be removed and no other team permitted to win the Cup outright.[15] The only other team to win the Cup in three successive seasons to date is Blackburn Rovers, who won it three times in a row in the 1880s. On this occasion the club was presented with a commemorative shield.[16]

                          That appears to be the original intention but the only team to get a three-peat donated the trophy back to the FA.

                          so we would have been entitled to a commemorative shield if we had if won this year.
                          They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

                            Pretty decent game West Ham and Man Utd .
                            Wonder goal from payet ( even though he shouldn't have been on the park)
                            Gotta think the bubble blowers will be favourites at Upton Park for the replay .
                            Bit of a shock Arsenal getting knocked out by Watford
