I'm not a fan, but his press conference was actually pretty reasonable.

I didn't see the press conference, nor did I see the his histrionics over the music playing in the stadium (I don't know how music can be playing in the stadium without other tennis watchers jamming the source of said music up the backside of the person responsible for it).

What I saw was his mannerisms and carry on when he was playing well in the third and in some patches in the fourth.

He plays tennis as if it's Summadayze or Stereosonic, and he's showing off in front of his posse to really bad commercial house music.

I appreciate he's young, but as a 20 year old he seems to have the maturity of a barely pubescent teen.

Murray too good for Tomic. Tomic has the talent but still has quite a way to go to really challenge for the grand slams.

Murray through to the quarters and will face Ferrer. Tomic did good in that 3rd set but still a lot of work to do.

Went to the day session yesterday and as I was leaving I spotted former Bulldogs Shaun Higgins and Tommy Williams coming in for the night session.

I also spotted a couple of old blokes that used to play tennis I think - Laver and Newcombe I believe their names were, but I didn't think Easty would be too interested in that.

Djokovic was terrific last night.

Liking the look of Raonic as well. Has been thereabouts previously but never made to a GS final. At 25 it is about time he delivered on some of that promise.
