Yep well done Chef. 3 more to equal Arsenal's record. Boxing Day without Costa then you should be right. Our Derby is massive and City v Arsenal.

Nup. Chelsea are sputtering. A loss is coming soon.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

A bit of Hawthorn mid to late this season. They win because that's what they do but they aren't playing well and the losses will start coming. I'm not particularly worried about the 13 game mark, they don't keep a big list of who set records like they do of who won the Title, so I just want to start dropping points ASAP.

Not sure about spluttering, but we are getting wins while not playing at our peak(which is what title winning sides need to do). We were always going to have a few flat spots(like all teams do), it's nice to keep getting 3 points while we are going through it though.

Need to keep Pool at arms length as I see them as our number 1 challenger.

They aren't really playing well but are still just winning. Their defence is better than I thought it would be but it's the form of the three chasing that is a worry. I doubt we will challenge, we have too many injuries and will lose Manè in January to the African Nations.

There are still plenty of games to go but if there isn't a clear winner from Arsenal and City then it may be just about over.

Arsenal are $3.50 over City which Is a very good price.

Chelsea are into $1.65 to win the lot. We all better pull our socks up.

It was a different game last night after Cesc came on. I always felt Palace were a big chance to score while you blokes were going for the Hollywood stuff and taking chances kicking the ball through the air and turning it over in dangerous spots. But as soon as Fabregas was on the pitch Chelsea kept possession because they kept the ball on the ground. Palace had a lot fewer chances after that.

You guys will probably win it but I can remember Newcasle going into Christmas with a ten point break in the Alan Shearer days only to get run down. We have our best equipped squad to win the EPL than we've had for a while now and I think we have a run in us if you guys falter.

And we still have the January window to come as well.

Yeah, we didnt play well but were never threatened either. Our defence and Kante is just phenomenal atm, 2 goals in 11 games.

Do you expect Arsene to do much in January?

Ozil and Sanchez entering the last 18 months of their contracts is a bit of a worry too.

Sadio Mane plays for Senegal, he will miss at least 4 games. The United and Chelsea games are just two. We are lucky Matip has fallen out with Broos who is the Cameroon boss. So he isn't going luckily. Mane is a big loss and if Coutinho doesn't come up we will struggle. Sturridge is long term as usual and Danny Ings done his knee. We will be there abouts but I doubt we can challenge.

Not a whole lot. He has a fairly complete squad already. If Ronaldo or Messi suddenly decided they wanted to top their careers off by finishing fourth in the EPL then we may do some business. Otherwise we will be linked to a bunch of players, some of them will say they will definitely join in the next transfer window. Then they sign with somebody else.

As for Ozil and Sanchez, other clubs are going to come after them. It's up to us to maximise their talents and win things while they are on the field. Then we can worry about how long they are staying.

Arsenal by all accounts dominate the first half and City dominate the second .
I only listened on the BBC, but Danny mills was scathing of Ozil and his lack of workrate
