The point was that Managers deflect a poor performance by bagging the refs.

If that was the case Klopp would have been fined a million pound during January.

Imagine if we are near the wooden spoon this season and sacked Bevo. I'd be calling for the boards head

Yep. It was far too early. Ranieri had earned more loyalty then that.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

The Premier League is ruthless.....well except for Arsenal .

Itll be one of the wonders of sport forever, how the **** did Leicester win the EPL.

Some of it must go down to Ranieri being a good manager surely? Maybe he isn't the man to manage them out of trouble and keep them up though? Maybe managing to hang on doesn't reflect his skill set best like some managers. Leicester must be pretty loaded ATM with extra CL money as well now that they probably weren't budgeting on for getting past the first bit whatever it is called (Group Stage?) so they can probably afford the best.

I know Kantes left a giant hole in the middle of their team but others like Vardy (you dodged a bullet there), Mahrez, Drinkwater, Morgan etc have pretty much turn to shit. Its almost as if they have downed tools (a bit like last season).

Leicester have spent a lot if money in transfers and wages and if they go down they'll be in a world of hurt financially.

They'll make 100m from this season regardless of what happens. No trouble at all financially for them

They've spent most of that already on transfers and wages, I'm sure they were budgeting on staying up. It's not going to send them broke, but they'll need to have a fire sale if they go down.

What a totally insane decision . Ruthless is being kind, and I'd say it's heartless .
                          Hope they get relegated

I wonder what the odds are on them winning the European cup and getting relegated from the Premier league in the same season.

Stunned by this decision. Leicester have pulled off one of the biggest miracles in sport and the man who took them there gets sacked. Well thank you very much. Ruthless indeed.
