I hear city are worried about the reception theyÂ’ll receive
They should be too good for us...but we donÂ’t fear them. They got the police to give out a warning, they are a bit precious and donÂ’t want the players rattled getting off the bus. WeÂ’re going to show them what money canÂ’t buy.

Juventus 0 - 3 Real Madrid (Dybala red card)

        Sevilla 1 - 2 Bayern Munich

Really Unlucky Sevilla should’ve been 2-0 up after 30mins then had two own goals/deflections.

Real Madrid home and hosed. Dybala shouldn’t have got a red. But Juventus should’ve scored don’t know how they didn’t.

Where’s the upset going to come from?

        Tomorrow.

        Barcelona v Roma

        Liverpool v Manchester City

Absolute stunner; and especially given his lead-up work which didn't allow much time to set himself.

He was so high off the ground which made it even sweeter. The reaction from the defenders was a classic. I agree on his lead-up work.

The man is a straight out freak of nature.

Serious discussion to be had on GOAT status.

Just had a look. It's a fair effort. I love that he doesn't have to jump backwards, he jumps straight up and then flips himself backwards and hits the ball like tracer bullet.

And his landing is perfect. The ground just absorbs him gently. I've never been a Ronaldo fan he just gives me the shits for some reason I just find him really annoying. But when I see something like that and then that graphic comes up with "9 games, 14 goals" written on it you have to think he's up there with the GOAT. Not the Greatest but he's still got a bit to go and he does seem to keep getting better.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

Twas the night the sky blue machine cracked and crumbled, this is Europe and This Is Anfield.

Not one shot on target, completely and utterly dismantled and we’re running out of fit blokes. It could’ve been so much more than 3-0 when Salah went off at half time injured the game changed and we weren’t going to score anymore but still they couldn’t get through.

Liverpool could easily still lose the tie, we have half a side especially now with Salah hurt and Henderson getting carded late means he misses as well. So it’s definitely not over yet but tonight was magical in every way.

                    This Is Anfield.

Yep heavy metal football, no one does it better than Klopp. All that’s ever been missing is a defence and last night we actually showed we can defend. It’s scary that we are only just hanging together, so many injured or suspended. I guess heavy metal comes at a cost but I wouldn’t have it any other way. Just pure excitement, all the money in the world can’t buy what Klopp brings.

We cracked them open in Feb when we were 4-1 up we were smashing them but they got lucky late and pegged a couple back but that just papered over what had happened earlier. If you give them space and too much respect they will steamroll you, but take them on and don’t let up and like a bully they buckle. If Salah hadn’t of got injured this tie would be over easily. He has to be player of the year, he has gone past De Bruyne and it will be a tragedy for us if his groin is done and he misses the last month.

TAA got schooled in the United game but gee he learned quickly and comes out and owns Sane and is best on at 19yr.

Milner at 32yr is second best on, what a pick up he has been.

Can we hang on at Etihad? I don’t know we are light on for fit blokes that are good enough and have Everton on Saturday. City could easily get 3 back at home and they are pretty much at full strength. If only we were too I’d love to see how far we could go.

Love Champions League. Would love to have a crack at Barca, hopefully we can hang on.

That’s what it’s all about and we warned them a month ago. We got a little help that the different route got leaked some teams can handle it but most can’t especially them pea hearts. 18 years and counting for that lot.

You can say what you want about the locals but every team would love to have what Anfield brings. Some teams have to hire cheerleaders or hand out song lyrics trying to orchestrate an atmosphere but you can’t buy what we have. It’s what made me fall in love with the club and it’s why I put my hard earned in even though I never get to even go to a game.

Enjoy watching them lift the cup on the weekend that’s gonna hurt!
