Very average game this morning between England and Colombia. Apart from the last 10 to 15 mins of normal time Colombia did not play football. They were content on giving away free kicks. Quite happy that they were knocked out. England tbh don't seem much chop but hard to tell. They obviously have Kane who is an X-factor for them. The draw is obviously favourable for them and they could well make the final.

Fantastic win by Belgium over Brazil. De Bruyne was immense so too Kompany, Lukaku and Hazard. Brazil certainly had some chances but Belgium’s defence stood the test.

The France v Belgium is a game to look forward to. The winner should go into the Final as favourites

Agree with whythelongface that the favourite in the final will come from the France/Belgium game.

Yeah, nah. I might be Anglo/Saxon but I'm not Anglo/Scouse!

Neither of those things are going to happen so we should be OK there Rem. England, Depart, Semi Final, Penalty Shoot Out. Are the words that will make up the headlines on Monday morning. Hopefully.

France too good this morning. Closed down Lukaku brilliantly. Kante, Griezman, Pogba were fantastic.

Belgium had some chances and dominated possession but couldn't break through. Loved Hazards game. He is class.
