Great efforts by both Gout and Lewis against quality fields. A lot to look forward to for both of them on their sprint journeys.

Ky Robinson’s run in 5000m was brilliant. Came home flying and wasn’t far off bronze.

Loved the 4 x 400m men’s relay. One of the best races of all time. Great to see Botswana come over the top of the US.

Wife and I were yelling for Botswana to get home. I thought they were going to run 3rd but rallied in the last 10 metres.
