3/30, thats the Australia Im used to

Need Head to play a nice slow innings here and make a 50. Burns the same.

Khawaja has to go. With Smith and Warner back there will be enough senior heads in the team.

Not sure when the penny is going to drop for Harris to put away those square of the wicket shots, particularly early in his innings. Matthew Hayden was just saying that he shouldn't be playing a cut shot until he's well over 100 (I know this wasn't a cut but same principle).

Burns and Head have steadied things up a bit to get us to 103-3

If Burns tons up here, I imagine if we go:
                    Warner
                    Harris
                    Burns

                    Come the first Ashes test.

Excellent performance by both of them. Both of them need to turn this great start into triple figures scores.

Burns' 87 is the highest score of the summer and a truly embarrassing example of where Australian cricket is at

Can we give him a better nickname? What about 3rd degree?

It only took a flat wicket at home against an average test nation with it's first 4 choice quicks injured and their world class spinner having just retired and a dropped catch for someone to post a ton. Bravo.
