On the Liverpool Premier League win, they are both the quickest to confirm the title and the slowest in the same season.

The quickest by games played and it will be hard for any team to top that.

The slowest by days taken from season opening and it is hard to imagine that could ever happen again.

With Man City's loss the other day, they also would have won with the 82 points they had going into the shutdown as no other team can now get more than 81 points.

Up to 3rd spot, unbelievable.

Rookie coach, transfer ban, playing the youf and losing our best footballer. Been an enjoyable season.

If United can hang with Leicester in terms of points for the next 4 games, 4th spot comes down to the last game of the season when they play each other. What a game that would be. Leicester have a tougher run home though with Tottenham and Sheffield United to play. United’s toughest opponent is 13th place Southampton. Although we all know they’ve struggled against the lower sides

He’s done a brilliant job. Struggled out of the break but are back to playing as well as they were.
On the other hand Norwich are down, Bournemouth and Villa very close behind after last nights results. Watford and West Ham helped themselves hugely.

On a side note, has anyone watched how Brentford is performing in the Championship?
