I hope they win it. Australia does not deserve a draw. Save for 1 historic innings in Adelaide, Australia just hasn’t been able to land the killer blow in multiple innings with bat or ball.

Would have kept Starc back for the new ball and given Green or even Smith a crack. Lyon bowling without a back pad to Pant shows we're going into damage control mode.

Starc bowls a good yorker, then follows up with more leg side short around the wicket garbage.

Any danger our bowlers bowl at the top of off stump, give themselves a chance with the pitch doing something, and throw in yorkers and occasional short balls as a variation rather than the norm?

Absolutely well done India, guts and determination really came through in the end.

Ill-discipline with both bat and ball brought us undone and we can probably take a break from the reach-around-circle-jerk-self-admiration that is oh so typical of Australian cricket teams for a while.
