The guy's been held up as the cultural saviour of Australian cricket and at the time of being made captain during a cultural crisis was either under investigation or cleared via an investigation over inappropriate conduct for sending a dick pick and lewd messages to a Cricket Tasmania employee.

I get he's been cleared, but it's clearly unacceptable but was hidden for expedience by a governing body that promised the Australian public it was changing. It's unbelievable.

He was a Test Player. She is an employee of Cricket Tasmania. Clear imbalance of power. It is wrong. Unethical. Don’t know how it was cleared. Cricket Australia saving face after the sandpaper scandal didn’t want another scandal for there newly appointed captain (he was appointed in March, this was reported in June).

It is wrong. He should have been punished. It would not have been cleared in the majority of workplaces.
