Hard to see anyone beating Djokovic, he's just too good.

Would love to see Ash Barty win. We haven't had an Aussie win the Open in such a long time.

          Agree BAD.

Unlucky to potentially face Osaka in the fourth round.

Might be the only thing that can save the tournament this year.
Safe to say the shine is really off it at the moment.

Will be interesting to see what the crowd numbers are alike, albeit restrictions on crowds are in place.

Definitely hasn't been a good month for Tennis Australia.

Nah, life goes on. If Novax was injured, then it would be the same situation.

Well he wouldn’t have been deported among a shitstorm that overwhelmed any positive pre-tournament publicity whatsoever. Short of a Barty tournament victory, this is going to be the Novak deportation AO forever.

While you might be right it just needs a player or two to come through with good results and the whole story line might change.

Aussies off to a good start.

Australian wild card entrant Aleksandar Vukic won his first round match against 30th seed Lloyd Harris in four sets after losing the first set.

                      4-6, 6-3, 7-5, 7-6

Loved the theatre of Kyrgios and Kokkinakis today. I hope they become like the Woodies and become specialist doubles players - so entertaining!

Having said that, the SIUUUUU thing can get in the bin. Not because I think it degrades tennis or whatever, it's just dumb and has no relation to Kyrgios - just drunk young lads being drunk young lads.
