He's easily the ODI GOAT - his numbers are stupidly good. Fifty tons and 71 half-centuries in 279 innings and averaging 59, all at a strike rate of 94. It's absolutely ridiculous.

Little bit of assistance in the pitch, not a bad toss to lose, especially with Hazlewood bang on the money.

SA had the hard decision and chose to bat first and at the moment it looks to be backfiring on them with runs hard to come by and two wickets down. Warner has been brilliant in the field as well.

How good were those two stops in the covers? Had a lot to do with De Kock chasing something that wasn't there. We look incredibly sharp

It certainly helped build up some pressure on them which led to QDK going after a delivery he shouldn't have. How successful the bowling changes are will be critical now to keeping the pressure on SA.

Interesting to see how Klaasen goes about this. He'll have to restrain himself and won't be able to play his natural game with 39 overs still to bat. I would've thought about sending a partnership batter like Jansen out there and holding Klaasen back.

I might have missed that. Not that I'm aware of

Don't believe so, but not sure why he didn't bowl his allocated 10 overs.
