Insane considering the 130k crowd and the fever pitch when they came together.

Head has been insanely good however Marnus as the anchor needs amazing credit too.

It's a damn good one. Head has batted brilliantly but you're right we can't discount the innings from Marnus.

Incredible to beat a very in-form Indian side. Cummins captained and bowled brilliantly and Head proved he's a great performer under pressure. India must be shattered to perform like that.

While Head deserved man of the match a lot of credit to the bowling/fielding part of the game which really set up a comfortable run chase.

The performance of Cummins as a bowler and captain deserves a lot of credit.

That was a performance for the ages. It was cool, calm and collected in a hostile environment. I have to say it was a pleasant surprise.

I only saw the 1st innings but the fielding and bowling selection was superb.

There are a swag of young cricketers coming through so while it's hard to replace quality we have plenty of options.

I only watched the first 15 overs of the Aussie innings. But the noise and hostility of the home crowd was another level. The noise when they took a wicket was incredible.

For the Aussies to chase a total on India's home deck, with the size and the noise coming from that crowd against such an inform team is just another level. Amazing win.

Seriously one of the best performances under extreme pressure in recent times.

Great performance and tournament after those 2 losses at the start of the World Cup.

A record 6th World cup for us.

Watched all of the Indian 1st innings and the really solid bowling performance from us to restrict India to 240 and a little bit of the Australian innings when the Indian crowd went wild claiming those early wickets and I thought we would be up against it but we held firm and chased it down.
