I think our lead was something like 97 and after getting 3 early wickets, North and Voges have consolidated with half centuries.

North followed up his 1st innings century with another one in the 2nd dig - this time 141.

WA went from real trouble at 3/50 (still 37 behind) to looking at pushing for a win at 4/283 (lead of 196). Then they lost 3/4.

      At stumps they're 7/290 - a lead of 203.

Norths had another good game with the bat and even the ball.
We need to get them out quickly tomorrow.

I don't remember Wright being so effective at Tassie. Good player but not this good.

If the light holds they still might.

WA declared at 8/404. Setting the Vics 313 to win in 74 overs.

At tea we are 2/162 with Rogers slaying them again with 81no and Hussey finding some runs as well on 56.

                  36 overs to get 155.

Wow, Rogers was on fire and made a brilliant 147 not out. McDonald made a great 60 as well.

Just 7 balls left in the game and Rogers came through with the win.

Wade and Siddle did well to get us to 8/238 at stumps needing just 2 more runs for 1st innings points. How frustrating was it watching cricket.com.au and getting to within a run of WA's score and stopping?

McDonald missed out again and must have some pressure on keeping his spot
                      when Hodge comes back.
                      He might be safe now.

                      Sorry SS.

Between you and me, that must have been a pretty good game of cricket.

Good to see McDonald come good but that's bad news for Rob Quiney.
