If we have learnt nothing else in Ponting's rein it is that he if wins the toss he bats... It's a given.

So if its a green top, the only chance of Australia winning after batting first is if some Paki bookmakers are in Brisbane.

I hate to admit it but i can't see us taking this series. i can't see our middle order making runs and our bowling attack being consistent enough to win this series.

What's with Australia wearing white? Very disapointing.

Great start for Australia, Strauss caught by Hussey of Hilfy for 0 in the first over.

Aleem Dar turns down a 50-50 LBW shout for Siddle against Trott, video review says umpires call, never seem him pay a close one in Australia's favour.

They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

Does constitute a losing challenge for Australia? I'm assuming its 2 per innings.

Yep, one (incorrect) challenge left for the innings.

No, we're wearing white this series, we've worn creams for 100 years and were one of the last teams to continue to do so. Whites are for park cricketers IMO.

I hadnt noticed but you're right. It is a different shade they are wearing.

Maybe it's a sponsors request. They might think that it shows off the badging better or something.

Yep. We can only challenge one more decision this innings.

                                Not sure, maybe.

At least it's not as crisp a white as Englands, they look like an under 12 team.
