Cricket Australia has overhauled its selection and coaching procedures in the wake of a report from Don Argus recommending sweeping changes to Australian cricket.
The national body has decided to introduce a five-man selection panel, with the chief selector to work in a full-time capacity.
It means chairman of selectors Andrew Hilditchhas lost his job as part of a wide-ranging review into Australian cricket.
Hilditch, a lawyer, will not fill that role because of work commitments, but could apply for one of the part-time positions.
