    These 3 going is just a start, they need to look not only at selection but the whole bringing up and identifying young cricketers.
    Example.Had the greatest spinner of all time but no one of any idea to take over, dont tell me their werent 1000s of kids out there being Shane Warne for the last 20 years,not one was nutured or taken under Warnes wing in some way in his last 5 years and why the hell isnt he coaching one or 3 now?
    Somethings still amiss deep down.
    Bring back the biff
