Power shift is almost complete.

Bayern are going to be quite a side next season with Pep, Gotze and apparently Lewandowski. But you can bet on RM and Barca to spend up big trying to catch them. Im also pretty excited of the prospect of Chelsea having Mourihno, Falcao and Fellaini next Season(if the rumours come true).

Dortmund need to win it this season as next year looks like a rebuild with those two players plus Hummels(Barca number one target) leaving.

I agree. Barca are slowly going down a bit still good but not invincible anymore. Bayern Munich are going to be the team the beat now.
