If Watson's out I'd bring in Khawaja to bat 4, Starc would be my other out, need to have a think about whether Johnson, Doherty or even Maxwell replaces him
Looks like Pattinson may be rested for the next test.

His ability to adapt to conditions and the state of play are what concerns me the most.

During our summer when we were pushing for victory in the 4th innings of a match he was rushing through overs to allow the quicks at the other end the chance to get a wicket when he should have been the most dangerous bowler.

The lines & lengths he bowls are also terrible... He needed to be full and wide on this wicket to try and get the Indians to drive through the covers, but he was too short and too straight and was picked off with ease... I know he is fairly inexperinced, but it's not *!*!*!*!ing rocket science.

I bowled offies for 15 years and dreamed of bowling on these types of wickets...

Based on The Age article? That read like a load of crap to me, the writer had no evidence he was even being considered for a break. Just capitalizing on the public outcry id have thought.
