Not sure how you could be flat? It doesn't take much energy 10 men standing still for 90 mins. Maybe you used all your lucky credits on Stevie G?
I'm only tickling the pig Chef don't take it seriously mate, I'm over our game when I realised I should pissed at Rogers for not playing the way you did instead of trying to attack and win something we already had I was fine.
That's the problem with succeeding in all comps, eventually you have play to many games close together. It's a shame something can't be done earlier in the season so at least at the end you can be ready for it.
City have 3 in a week so here's hoping your theory works for them...they did look good at Everton and Villa have gone ok lately.
It will be interesting how we come out tonight...if we are flat Palace will roll us.Comment

What a belting game, Congrats to City it's over now, a draw was possible, a loss would be a miracle.
Forget the 2 clear Penalties missed, If you blow a 3 goal lead in 8 minutes you don't deserve the league. Maybe a Moses fresh airey gift.
If we don't learn how to close games down we will get murded in the CL.
Congrats to some of my Uncles and Cousins who are big Palace fans and members, and Bulldog members. They have been Palace fans for at least 30 years and it's great to see them up in the top flight and playing like that. They have so much to work with and what a night for their fans. Full house and it was rocking. Phone is going crazy!
Rogers has improved Liverpool for sure but the last two games has many questions asked of him, his non reaction in both games is a worry. So much work to do.
Maybe a parting gift from Carroll is the miracle we need. Villa has a better record against the top 4 than City. Both games will be hard so who knows keep believing!

A brain is also just as important Chef, Rogers was waiting for a written invitation to make any changes. Just left Agger waiting incase there was a need for extra time. He has single handidly cost us any chance for the league. We need to do some shopping at the back end.....then actually play them, you know when you go three up usually in a normal persons mind one might say to themselves ok I might just make a change and secure this lead. Then after it goes 3-1 one would say ok better do it now. Then after 3-2 bloody hell DO SOMETHING!!!!!
Chelsea game.....yep ok guys let's keep trying to kick as many goals as possible....Jose won't be expecting that!
Maybe you can lend us some Defence and we will lend you some strikers and there will be no stopping both?

That is a plus side, because that would've ruined the rest of his life. You can only have nothing but Respect for the man, he bleeds for Liverpool. The anguish on Suerez face after the game said it all, he knew what it meant to Stevie. Hopefully Stevie gets a chance to atone. If anyone deserves the League it's him but they don't just hand it out you got to earn it and we have played out of our skin this season but in the end we just weren't good enough.
To be honest I will sleep easier now after that, losing the league because of the Chelsea game alone would have been a knightmare and if anyone was going to knock us out I'm glad it was Palace. I had 4 little playing tops of theirs when I was 5yrs old my family tried their best but I went with Pool, so I still have a little soft spot for them.
You never know what can happen this season won't finish this early....so here's hopingComment

No. On better reflection, he will still blame himself I'm sure. So there isn't a plus side. We led a middle of the table club in their 1st year back in the PL 3-0 with 15 mins to go and blew it. It's a Greg Norman like collapse. There's no hiding from that. We obviously aren't ready I just hope he remembers that and if a miracle doesn't happen, then we get ready and go again next season. His role changed today he was very quiet.
I have heard that before the Chelsea game there was a punch up at Training? Not sure if that has played a role? Who knows.
FWIW the Palace fans were unbelievable it was CL stuff all game. They have a good squad and kudos to them.Comment

He was so close to being a Chelsea player too, thankfully for you guys his dad talked some sense into him (apparently it's cost him £15mil over the long run).
Comes across as a likeable great of the game(Like Lamps) unlike guys like Terry, Giggs etc.
