    T20 World Cup

The Aussies are doing well chasing a massive score by Pakistan.

30 runs cored of one 7 ball over.

39 of 24 balls with 6 wickets in hand.

Maxwell with a brilliant 74 of just 33 balls. His recent form is outstanding.

29 needed off 11 balls. No chance.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

Bit rough on Maxwell it was a great innings.
Thought Finch needed to step up the rate a bit when Maxwell went out.
Although he played well for his runs he seemed at times to struggle a little bit with the lack of pace.
Rarely would such a large score be nearly chased down with just two bats making double figures.
We really needed another batsman to stand up when it counted.

Australia made 179 against the Windies. Windies currently 2/106 in the 13th. Gayle out after making a quick 53 off 35

That's about the end of it for us, can't see us going any further after losing the first two.

We really need to develop some slow bowlers who throw the ball... Playing by the old rules gets you no where on the sub-continent.

Switched on for the end last night, are all the grounds so small?

55m boundaries is like watching baseball with no outfield.

In the women's comp, Meg Lanning (Aussie captain) set a new record, 126 off 65 balls. 18 fours, 4 sixes.

                    Bravo!

Poor performance again by Australia. Haddin at 8 is a waste.

The opening batsman got us off to a good start but it went south from there.

His keeping was poor as well, missed a golden opportunity to have Gayle out stumped.

If this is our best team ever, then we are crap at T20.

3 horrible performances, I don't know how we lost the 1st two games and the 'highlights' against India were anything but.

Yet we'll still hear about how our batsmen coming through have poor techniques because they focus on T20. We are the worst t20 team in the world.
