Junction oval huh? I wonder if its changed much since that day we beat Fitzroy for our first win of the season in round 12 in 1980?

Went down to the Junction Oval yesterday. Lucas Dredge is a good mate of mine. Getting to see at least one Footscray Bulldogs winning a flag is also nice too! Amazing how many players have gone up in value over the season.

Junction Oval looked great yesterday. I think it's perfect for Shield cricket and it obviously also frees up the G for Round 1.

Great result for Footscray - Edgewater. Haberfield has had a sensational year. What an innings by the Sri Lankan? Must give a call to a number of my school mates from Maribyrnong High - those who lived on the Essendon side of the river.

I know there was a number of players from the previous premiership in 79/80 in attendance. Great to see.

I didn't know that. I would have thought we'd be behind St Kilda, South Melbourne and Prahran.

Is that an overall figure Remi? I take it to mean that Footscray has the second most test players over history behind Melbourne is that right?
