We have been great. Well done Steve Smith. The Indians are really struggling.

I guess when I look at what Johnson and Lyon have done with the ball and Warner and Smith with the bat and yet we nearly lost the last test it just doesn't bode well from an all over team performance perspective.
Yep but Hazelwood and Harris have also both contributed well with the ball. The batting side of things I agree but a number of solid partnerships around one central figure has produced some very large totals.

Great day for Harris and Smith. Harris bowled caught Smith. IND 1/55.

I tend to agree and think this innings was a good example. Yes Smith went huge but Rogers, Watson, Haddin and Harris all were vital to building that total.

The channel nine Brad Haddin love fest continued this afternoon .
Regulation drop ( Bill Lawry got it right)in saying the ball got " big" on Haddin is rubbish

Sitting in the MCC today, there were times where I didn't know where the ball was such was Smith's crazy technique (if you could call it that) after he swatted the ball.

I'm pinching myself at this guys form at the moment, he's too good for anything at present.
                TF is this?.........Obviously you're not a golfer.

I concur, rich vein of form and certainly not being weighed down by the responsibility of captaincy.

Ryan Harris has shown how vital he is so far. He doesn't take really big bags but absolutely defines consistency

Lyons dropped catch is possibly the worst drop catch I've ever seen. As Bill Lawrys said, a ten year old would've caught that.

Pathetic. A cheap wicket just before the new ball would have been massive. Now these two will probably make it through until tea.

Sort of falls into that tier of missing a goal from a metre out straight in front; you're not pissed off until you've stopped laughing.

4 drops today is it now?

                                Haddin's catch as well maybe?
