If India wasn't involved in this series Bell would have been able to refer that LBW, been given not out due to an inside edge and they could well be 0/30!

I don't think it would have been overturned.

Cummins has started superbly. Bowling extremely quick.

Really? I only saw it quickly but it looked a clear inside edge - massive mark on hotspot and daylight between bat and pad.

England all out for 234 in their innings so we need 235 to win.

                  AUS 1/49

                  Finch the man out.

Very comfortable win from us last night as we got the required target in 40 overs and get a bonus point.

News that Gurinder Sandhu will debut today which is exciting, has a lot of potential in the shorter formats in a spot we are crying out for

If he takes his chances does that effectively end McKay' hopes of ever getting back? We've got the express quicks, but a one day type expert is a little bare. McKay's record from memory is excellent, but Sandhu could cement himself CM. Thoughts Lem?

I think you're on the money and if Sandhu is successful we've probably seen the last of Clint. 97 ODI wickets at 24 is an exceptional record but he' been out of the Victorian Shield team for a while now, can't crack the Stars side and his form in the Matador Cup this year was decidedly average. He's lost a yard from where he was and was never a real 'finisher' anyway.

Sandhu is different to McKay in that he comes into his own at the death, both are about the same pace but Sandhu will throw down variation after variation, bowls a nice full length and will swing it both ways where-as Clint built his terrific record taking early wickets when the ball was hard and seaming from that awkward 'too full to play back, too short to play forward' length. They aren't really competing for the same spot, McKay is a wickets up front bowler whereas Sandhu is a guy to finish things off but I can't see the selectors under Lehmann picking two guys bowling at about 132-138 kph with Faulkner already in the side.
