Some good games this round, hopefully ours has the biggest margin
If you kicked five goals and Tom Boyd kicked five goals, Tom Boyd kicked more goals than you.

Hope so too but won't be going in too confident as we all know now.

And we win. I just want to point that out because destiny has a habit of laughing at us about this stuff.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

When did the Hawks start wearing Power Rangers uniforms? Yuck.
Our 1954 premiership players are our heroes, and it has to be said that Charlie was their hero.

Why are the crows not wearing their normal jumper? And Yep, average clash strip!!

See the game against the Lions last season. That effort was an abomination.

It's a jumper commemorating their 25th anniversary in the league.
As for Hawthorn, it may be the only jumper worse than Essendon's clash jumper.
Pretty entertaining game. Crows hanging in. Hawthorn's ball use is something to enjoy.

I'm confused by the fox commentary that these half a dozen punches to the guts are just fines. This is insane....

Either punching opposition players in the guts is legal, or worth weeks. Either accept and endorse this stuff, or suspend players. Why create a grey area that racks up fine revenue? This UPT, aka unsocialable players tax (aka fines) is insane. If the AFL doesn't want to see punching players, then fining blokes $1,000 who may earn $500,000 out of footy alone will not do anything. It's just a violence tax by creating a grey area.

I would prefer the AFL come out and say it's a part of the game, or its not part of the game and take action that will stop it.

It was as awful as the game the year before in round one was wonderful.

The new tribunal system is a complete joke .
It's been just so soft on the players .
Hawthorn are the masters of the snipe just quietly

Hawks skills just hold up so well under pressure. Amazing to watch them hit target after target, or kick a clutch goal under pressure.

That back line is a bit vulnerable though at times. Fantastic at peeling off and intercepting, but can be scored against when made accountable.

We've got just the guys to exploit that. Something has to work against them. Eventually.
