Had a chuckle tonight. Alan Toovey for Coillingwwod was between the wing & half forward & grabbed the ball quickly throwing it onto his left foot aiming towards centre half forward. It came off on an unusual angle & went towards the centre of the ground.

'A square cut' said Dennis, 'it went behind point'.

Quarter time of St.Kilda-Crows, he described St.Kilda's first quarter as having "sucked like a $500 vacuum cleaner".
